What we collect

When you book we collect the details needed to complete and manage your booking: names, contact details, guest information and, for cars, driver and payment details.

How we use your data

We use your data to confirm and manage your booking, to communicate with you, to meet Spanish guest registration requirements, and to handle payment and any claims.

Spanish guest registration

By Spanish law we must register the identity details of all guests with the authorities. We ask for this during online check-in and keep the records for the legally required period.

How you found us (visit source)

When you first open our site we note where the visit came from, so we can tell which of our posts, guides and partners actually bring bookings. We keep only the campaign tags in the link you clicked (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term), the name of the referring website (for example instagram.com or chatgpt.com, never the full address), the first page you opened and the day. We do not record your IP address, device or browsing history, and the record does not identify you.

This record is kept in a first-party cookie (ts_attr) that only our server can read. If you accept cookies it is kept for 30 days; before you choose it lasts only until you close the browser; if you decline cookies we keep only the source and medium (for example "instagram / social") for the current browser session. When you book, this record is saved with your booking and used only for our own statistics (bookings and revenue per source). It is never sold or shared.

Sharing your data

We share your data only with the service providers needed to deliver your booking (payment provider, authorities for guest registration). We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep data

We keep booking data for as long as required by law and to handle any claims, then delete or remove identifying details.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of the personal data we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, or raise a concern with the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD). Contact us and we will help.
