Terms and conditions

These terms apply when you book a stay or a car through TenerifeBookDirect. By making a booking you accept these terms together with the cancellation policy shown at checkout and the privacy policy.

You can book by paying online with a credit or debit card. Payment is handled securely by our payment provider. Prices are shown in euros and include IGIC tax.

Cars are rented together with a stay and only for the period of that stay. Pick-up and return are at Tenerife South (TFS) or Tenerife North (TFN) airport. The driver must meet the minimum age and licence requirements shown on the booking page.

All bookings are non-refundable. Once booked, a booking cannot be cancelled, and arriving late, leaving early or not arriving does not give a refund. Only in exceptional cases, such as the property becoming unavailable, may we cancel a booking ourselves; we will then contact you.

The number of guests may not exceed the maximum shown for the property. You are responsible for the property and the vehicle during your stay and must follow check-in times and house rules.

TenerifeBookDirect is not liable for events outside our reasonable control, including flight delays, weather or events affecting the property. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid.
